Goalball

The U.S. Association of Blind Athletes National Youth Goalball Tournament was played at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind from Oct. 23-25. Invitations were extended to U. S. and European schools that have goalball teams. 2008 participants were from Georgia, South Carolina, Arizona, Michigan, Illinois, Utah, New York, and a Blind Sports Organization. The U.S. Association of Blind Athletes awards gold, silver and bronze medals to the top three teams in both boys and girls divisions.
