Below is a list of things that NYISE.org must have in order to reserve your ad space. All materials are due to nyise.org no later than one week prior to the Sponsorship start date and must adhere to the technical specifications. Please read carefully.

1. Contact Webmaster for availability

2. SEND SIGNED CONTRACT AND CHECK
   (Due date is 7 days before the sponsorship start date.)

3. SEND IMAGE: Send file as an Email attachment to jhernandez@nyise.org. Sponsor must give two weeks notice via email for an image change during the contract period.

4. PROVIDE YOUR URL

5. A page will be fully subscribed at the determination
   of the webmaster.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Sponsors will make full payment at the start of the contract period.
2. Reservations will not be held without a signed contract.
3. Make check payable to: The NY Institute for Special Education

Image File Format: GIF or JPG Format only
Maximum Dimensions: 225 pixels wide by 80 pixels high

RESTRICTIONS

NYISE reserves the right to refuse any Sponsorship request, or to cancel Sponsorships that do not fulfill the obligations set in the contract. NYISE does not accept Sponsorship requests from organizations selling products or services related to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or pornography. This rate card is applicable to October 2006 through June, 2007 only. All previous rate cards are invalidated by this document.
